2. Delivery

Upon successful purchase of the Product(s) on the Site User will receive purchased Product(s) on his Account used during the registration process on the Site. Product(s) will be delivered directly by the Seller in the controlled environment so that We will have full visibility and possibility to check that Product (s) indeed were added to the User Account.

We start processing Your purchase after payment confirmation. Payment confirmation usually takes a few seconds, but may take longer depending on Your payment method.

We will not be held accountable for delays that are beyond Our reasonable control. If delivery is delayed due to such circumstances, We will inform you as soon as possible and will take steps to minimise the impact of the delay.

3. Return

Skins are virtual (digital) objects. Due to their specific nature, they are not covered by the consumer’s right of return. All skin transactions are final and cannot be canceled.

To avoid any misunderstandings or problems, You should only confirm receipt of Your order after You have thoroughly checked that the Product(s) You received match the description in the Product listing and are in good working condition. Once You confirm receipt of Your order, it indicates that You are satisfied with Your purchase and the transaction will be completed, at which point the payment will be released to the Company. Refunds will not be given for completed and finalized orders.

If You haven’t received purсhased Skin(s), or You have received it but not in full, please contact Us by email [email protected]. As soon as We confirm the non-delivery, We will issue a refund. We will send Your refund by the same payment method You used to purchase the Skin(s).
