Count Transfer Tool

The Strange Count Transfer Tool is a tool item which allows the user to transfer stat counts between two Strange-quality items of the same base type. It can also be used to transfer Strange counts between Strange Parts, provided that both weapons involved in the process have the same part attached to them for which the count is to be transferred. It is represented by two meters from Strange items (not visible in gameplay) connected by a wire with a few random loose parts.
